White wide leg pleated pants/trousers

These pants/trousers are high waisted (13 inch rise). They are wide legged. I absolutely love them but I bought them on an online boutique and they are just a bit small. They have never been worn. The website is neutral ground. There is no size tag but the measurements are a 14 inch waist and 27 1/2 inseam. They are fully lined. They have front and back pockets.
