White vegan leather designer-inspired handbag with raffia handles

This stunning bag is kind of a mystery! High-end looking designer lines, no tags or names. 15” long, 10” high (not including handles), 7” wide. Lining is unmarked, very clean, one zippered pocket. The handles are very high quality: wood wrapped with raffia? Very sturdy and in great condition. The exterior of the bag has a couple of small knocks; see photos. No stains. Non-smoking home.
