White tie front party dress

I wore this on my 21st birthday and I loved it. I got it at a little boutique in Los Angeles. It is a US standard size medium. It’s not see-through and is double lined. It did not ride up when I walked and was pretty comfortable to wear. You can tie the strings multiple different ways and the cut out is very cute in the front. I would recommend to wear another color bra besides white because mine showed through a little bit.
