White tea length dress with dark navy band in back

Rouve dress from Nordstrom. Very class. White tea length dress. 2 slits in front. Wide strap sleeves so you can still wear a bra with the dress. Wide band in back that is a dark navy. Skirt portion fully lined. Dress has never been worn. I would have love to have kept it but was snug in the chest for me. Else I would have returned it to Nordstrom.
