White summer tunic

What can I say....it’s all in the details. The embellishment in the front is to die for. If you are petite you can definitely wear this as a mini or a coverup. The material is pretty shear so a slip would be necessary if you are wearing it as a dress (or not, you do you girl!). I’m 5’6” and it covers my rear but not enough to wear as a dress. Waist is smocked so you can play with the length.
