White shirt with Black polkadots!

This shirt is perfect. It is a crop top that is also fitting but is able to stretch. The sleeves are flowy and light weight, it has strings around the end (by the wrist part) which allows you to tie and choose where you want the sleeves to stop. A picture is included of me wearing the item.
