@hmb8787 hi, I would say it’s a looser fit for size 0-2.
Approximate measurements while laid flat (in inches):
Bust, underarm to underarm: 17
Waist, side to side: 18
As I was taking measurements I noticed one tassel was missing from the back of one of the sleeves.
