White ruffle maxi skirt S

White maxi skirt with side ruffles and side split purchased from a boutique. Partially lined with a shorter skirt so your legs show through but not underwear. I wore thick black underwear in the pictures without it showing through. Cute metal detail at the ends of the waist tie. Length is about 38” (see photo for length measurement).
