White off the shoulder crop top

This is a white off the shoulder crop top but has ties that sit on the top of your shoulder. The ties have a flower design that is also white. It does look wrinkled in the photos but will be ironed before shipping. I am 5'1 and the shirt ends right before my belly button. Only been worn once or twice in good quality.
