White mini peplum dress with shoulder beading

I love this dress. It has beading on the shoulders that look very pretty. The neckline incorporates a mesh fabric at the top and goes down into the V neckline if the dress. It also has a portion with ruffles which look very flattering with the tight skirt portion. Never worn, with tags.
