This dress has a solid white layer underneath and a sheer white layer over top so it is not see through. The sleeves fan out at the ends and there is a belt that can be tied in the front or the back. Never worn, only tried on. Tags are removed because I thought I was keeping it and changed my mind. NO TRADES
