I have had this romper for quite some time however, I never wear it. It's super cute and would look great with a belt. The top part is stretchy. There are also pockets on the sides which is vey convenient! I am 5'3 so you can see how it fits me!

cdeshera @storm2323 stretched to the fullest measurements are about: chest 40", waist 36", crotch is about 2" longer than hem since the romper is meant for a swimsuit coverup/ to be short! I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions! :)
