smorg0813 @oceaneyes86 hi! The brand is lukalula. The fabric is very flowy and stretchy. It is a one size fits all. It has a tie that can be fastened in the back making it as tight or loose as you would like. 😊

smorg0813 @thornsnleather Hi! I believe this dress would comfortably fit a C bust size. There is a tie in the back that can tighten or loosen the chest area to accommodate many sizes.
