White lace double layered dress w flower accents

NWOT womens white delicate lace ahort sleeve dress with red and pink waist flower pin accents. Slight flaw in stitching so I added the flower pins but they can be removed if wanted. See picture 3 for slight flaw before pins attached. Great condition from a non smoking household. Measurements are flat. Additional measurements available upon request. Size is small.
