White lace cold shoulder dress

Super cute white lace, cold shoulder dress from Catos. Only worn once when I got home and tried it on. No stains but does have a small tear (pictured) at the right strap. I never noticed it when I bought it. Size M, true to size. Paid $40, asking $10.
