White lace and black formal dress

White lace top with a black tulle bottom short formal dress .Was custom made from a size 4 to the length of 32", arm pit to armpit 15", waist 12",fits a B cup(lightly padded),hips are A- line 15 to 18" with flare,arm length from top of shoulder is around 23". All measurements are approximate. If you have any questions please leave comments below. This has been used.but in very good condition. It does need to be cleaned it can be hand washed or dry cleaned I've have Not done either. Thank you
