White lace Taylor dress NWT

NWT never worn. Purchased for my sister for her casual wedding but she ended up wearing a different dress. Very cute and flattering! Handkerchief hem at bottom. Dress size is 8 but in my sisters opinion, it runs small *there is a tiny flaw on back left shoulder. Discoloration. Possibly would come out after dry clean. Hardly noticeable and reflected in price.*
