White knit like skirt- a thicker seer sucker

Really pretty A-line skirt that has a fitted top that flared out after hip line. Material is a thicker seer sucker material. There is some yellowing around the band ama few spits. I only wore it twice, so am thinking it is the material nature, but thinknot could be cleaned arill. Because it is white, bleaching and dying also an option.
