White knee high leather boots from Westies. Sz 10

White leather 80s knee high boots with a low heel Brand is Westies. The left boot has a seam that is open and needs gluing. Both heels could use heel caps as there is some wear. Scuffs and spots are present (they are white boots after all) but overall they are in good shape. You can also scrunch the tops down like leg warmers.
