White floral sleeveless dress

White dress with textured lines in fabric and floral print at bottom going up the dress. Never worn. It came with a belt but I can’t find it, though can be worn as a shift without a belt. A bit short so would recommend if you are on the petite side. Print is front and back. White lining inside so it is not see-through.
