White dress

This a cute dress that was only worn once. It is a size 7. It is white with a floral design and a black flower around the waist with a ribbon to tie around the back. There is a zipper in the back. There is also a second layer underneath with a crinoline slip to give the bottom more volume. In excellent condition.
