White crop top with black embroidered flowers

Only worn once! Good as new! Slightly off the shoulder sleeves, bottom of bust has elastic band. I’m 5’2” / 100 lb / 32B and it fits me perfectly. Elastic “waist” is 13 inches laying flat and can stretch a significant amount. I say “waist” because the elastic part is likely to hit slightly above the waist depending on bust size. Armpit to armpit 17 inches laying flat. Armpit to bottom is 9 inches.
