What a find! This full slip is a necessity for any southern belle or the belle in you! This white crinoline has 2 layers of organza mesh and an underlying mini slip. The waist panel is satin with an elastic band. Band stretches from 12” lying flat to 17”. This could fit an xs, s or a med. Crinoline length is 36”. Size would be a small and will also fit XS.
