White cotton embroidered skirt, size 12

This beautiful skirt is fully lined and features white embroidery all along the hem. The fabric at the top has pintucking and a drawstring (ornamental, not functional). Lovely, flowing and feminine in EUC. Please see measurements in the photos for the best fit.
