White cotton blouse/shirt, button down, cut out NWOT

Beautiful white blouse with embroidery. Very interesting cut. Decorated with pleats on the front and sleeves. Small darts on both sides in front. The bottom of the blouse and sleeves has a wide pattern, cut out, reminiscent of Battenberg lace.
