White cotton, Boho elastic waist skirt

This Boho skirt is absolutely adorable😘. Wear it as a bottom beach cover-up, or on a warm summer day with flip-flops or you can dress it up with heels! It has a short skirt lining underneath it to the first tier. The total length from top to bottom is 38 inches. The waistband not being stretched is 28” circumference. It actually has side pockets as well. It’s a little wrinkly from storage but it’s actually supposed to have a little little crinkle to it as well I believe, it gives character! This is in excellent condition❤️
