White chiffon wedding, prom, or event dress

Size 3 brand new Speechless brand dress from JC Penney. Still has tags on it and has never been used. Originally $250 only asking for $68. It would be perfect for a wedding dress, a prom, banquet, or event dress. It has a beautiful full, flowing, chiffon skirt. It has no marks or damage since it's still brand new. I just never got a chance to wear it. Has a low V back and V mesh design on each side of the bodice. The front of the bodice has sequins and pearls sewn on.
