White cape romper

This romper is stunning! I bought this romper years ago and mad I never wore it. It’s a perfect outfit to wear out on the night on the town. It has these big wings for the cape. There’s two small imperfections. There is a small run in the front of the romper and a couple of threads in the back coming apart. Easy fixes. Size: Small Length: 27.5 inches Waist: 14 inches
