White blue and black dress - size 4

I’ve always LOVED this dress. Wore it for graduation under my blue cap and gown. The pattern and silhouette is SO flattering! Gives off coastal grandma vibes in the best way. Would be great for a bridal event or even worn to a baby shower / special occasion. I’ll be sad to see this one go, but it just doesn’t fit anymore. Worn twice - still in perfect condition!
