White black polyester spandex tank top

This is a black and white spandex (stretchy material), tank top from "white house black market". It has a little skirt along the bottom part of the shirt, and a very deep V line on the neck, that is held together in the front by a little clasp between the breasts. This has the same kind of material that a bathing suit might have, which I found rather bizarre...but it's very comforrable.
