allllaaaa @stacygrayfit hi, my apologies, but I am not sure what you mean by flat waist.Yes, the gown has been altered in length, I am 5”1 and wore it with 5in heels. Hope this helps.

stacygrayfit @allllaaaa sorry for confusion. Lay the dress out flat on bed or floor and measure the waist from one side to the other. I.e. 12" across or whatever. it will tell me if the waist will fit comfortably. If you can do the same for hip/butt that would be awesome and let me know if I should purchase it.

allllaaaa @stacygrayfit yes, the waist does give a little, the hips however slightly. The hips fit nearly perfect on me. The chest area was a little big, and I am about the same size
