White asymmetrical skirt size M

By Chapare, this is a white asymmetrical skirt with a frayed trim along the bottom, which is really sort of like rick rack. It has buttons and elastic at the waist. It doesn't have any content labels but it definitely feels like cotton. It is not knit. It sort of has a crepe look but is thicker than crepe. It has sort of a western look to it and is in good condition. Waist is 30" unstretched and length is about 33".
