White and pink polka dot blouse

I love everything about this blouse!!! Only worn once, unfortunately it was to small for me. V neck, peplum, decorative buttons, and ruffles on the sleeves. There are a couple of small spots on the back and bottom of the shirt (last 2 pictures), I’m guessing from storage. The circle around them is just water where I was washing the spots out. Size small but, I think, it would fit a xsmall more comfortably. Comment with any questions!
