White and blue stars flowy shirt - Never Worn

White flowy shirt with blue stars. 3/4 sleeves with buttons on the side to roll up and secure shorter sleeves. There was no tags on the item when I purchased from a boutique type website. I never wore it. I was unable to return it for not fitting.
