White and black strapless halter dress

Really cute black and white/cream-ish dress. Ideal for a cover-up or a beach look dress! You can wear the strapless or pull the halter ties up. Good gently worn condition - the ties have slight discoloration shown in last picture. Sz large but can fit small and medium.
