White and black punk oxford-style shoes

These are from Japan, have only worn them literally once for about an hour (to pick something up I think) lol. They even still have that "brand new smell." These are a size 7, but I am 7 and a half so they fit snug on me but will fit a size 7 perfectly. Willing to go lower so don't be shy to make an offer. 🍓
