White and black polka dot dress

Bought this at a boutique store in LA. Worn only a handful of times because I gained weight. Haven’t worn it in years hoping to fit in it again, but it’s time to pass it on. The dress is white with black polka dots. The skirt has a thin liner. The top has no lining so is a bit see thru. The fabric is delicate, so there are some strings coming out (see last pic). I will try to tidy it up before mailing.
