White and black day to evening dress

This dress was featured on the cover of Neiman Marcus’ Look Book. It is gorgeous. The cotton is treated so it is stiff and holds the pleats perfectly. It has a drop waist and white stitching. The straps gently follow the outside of the shoulder bones. It is sexy and sassy and remains pristinely in place.
