White and Blue formal dress

The top is detailed with white lace flowers and sparkles for some added pop!! The skirt is a soft navy blue, that contrasts great with the detailed top. It’s true to its size (XS) and was only own once. Still has tags. It’s a little small for me, and so it should normally be a little above the knee in length
