White and Black Vintage Swing Dance Shoes

Vintage black and white shoes. Most popular in the 50s. Small heel. They have completely flat smooth soles. Probably costume shoes, but could also be used for anything else. Small creases on the front of the shoe, but no scuffs. No brand marked. Sizing might be weird, so here are the measurements.
