Size large high waist white and black dot ruffle skirt. Print is somewhere between polka dots and cheetah. Very cute and flattering! The stretchy waistband is very comfortable. Shell: 100% cotton. Lining: 100% polyester. Please see photos for measurements. Keep in mind that the waist allows for lots of stretch so measurements are a bit skewed. -Approximately 15.5” across at waist. -Also approximately 15.5” in length from top of front to bottom.
