White Tiered Maxi Skirt with Elastic Waist

Lightweight white maxi skirt. Features tiered panels. Flowy, breathable, and easy to style. Elastic waistband for adjustable fit. Never worn! Purchased at a boutique during international travel (so no tag) but haven’t had a chance to wear it since I only wear scrubs LOL.
