White Textured Long Sleeve Tie Front Mini Dress

Never worn! Has eyelet closures all up the front of the dress and then a tie front in the chest area. This is a leopard or cheetah (can’t tell) white velvet dress as shown in the third picture. This is the cutest dress I’ve ever seen but you need to have a bigger chest in order to wear it without a bra!! VERY form fitting.
