White Swiss dot strapless dress

Bought from another posher but never wore it myself. Size 2 fits perfectly. When bought from the other poshmark member it had very bad underarm stains that I worked out and washed, it's almost completely gone. Dress is lined and there's a bit of tulle at the bottom to give the dress a fit-to-flare shape. Belt and necklace NOT included.
