waselman @angelinaf100 Yes Angela. It has a lot of stretch. Like I mentioned their is no size tag because it was itchy. The measurements from top of shoulder to bottom is 28 1/2" and from across from armpit to armpit it measures 23". It has only been worn a hand few of times and was just dry cleaned. Flawless. Hope this helps.
