lauries1209 Laying flat the waist is 17 inches across, 12 inch rise crotch seam to top of band, length is approximately 19 inches. The back waistband has some give, but not real elasticy. Hope this helps.

hodgesbarbie Could you please share photo where the cuffs are shown too? It's kind of hard to tell what these would fit like lol. Also, I'm a 38 waist. Do you think the give in the back part of the waist would allow me to wear these comfortably? Thank you! :)
