White Sleeveless Collared Blouse

Super cute white sheer top. Ties in the back of the neck. You can dress this top up or down as it would easily pair with jeans or a skirt. I have never actually worn this top, just tried it on. When I bought it, it was the last one and had a slight discoloration around the collar where it looks like someone tried it on and smudged foundation on it. I did my best to show this in the picture.
