White & Silver One Shoulder Dress

Bought for my friends birthday party. Only worn for a few hours. Tag says it's a size 2, but fits more as a 0, maybe 1. Has built in padding. There is a hole torn into the tulle, as pictured, but it isn't noticeable while wearing the dress. The hole was already there when the dress was shipped to me. Cheaper on Merc!
