White Shiny Stone Oval Charm Ring Size 17

This White Stone Oval Charm Ring has hearts within the band of the ring and the stone itself is shiny. It is a size 17, which to me seems as though is a size 7 as it is just a size smaller than my normal ring size so it would be my best estimate in converting to US sizing. NWT. The band itself is silver toned.
