White Scalloped Cocktail Dress (BRAND NEW)

Beautiful lace trim on the back, and corset-like tie up above zipper. Scalloped v-neck front. Tag says Size 10. Definitely would fit USA Size 0-4! Purchased this white dress for graduation from an AUS store, but it ended up being too small and it's too much trouble to return it back across the world. Great quality, just didn't fit.
